Product Inspection. Process Perfection.

Compress a complex thermal problem into a simple solution.

Our AXT100 Thermal Imaging Camera is great for industrial monitoring, process control, quality control, and laboratory use. Now, with the release of our latest software
companion (included at no cost) , you can acheive new heights with ease.

NEXUS Thermal Acquisition and Analysis Software allows you to monitor your targets live while streaming pertinent data to your hard drive. Advanced selection tools give you features such as paintable regions, custom line profiles, and unlimited point targets. NEXUS also calculates spatial statistics in realtime and gives you instant time analysis data.

NEXUS gives you full control over the look and feel of your image. Control image smoothing, false color, and temperature scale on-the-fly. You can even import and apply your own custom color palettes.

You can condition your data as soon as it arrives. Average frames in time for quiet images, clip temperatures of no interest to you, subtract a background frame, even present the data in other units such as radiance, digital counts, or position on the temperature scale.

Declare thresholds or isotherms with simple controls. Thresholding can give you important information such as an indication that a target is present, something is wrong with your target, how close your target is to the camera, or where your target is located in the field of view. You can create a smart region which gives you statistics on your target as it moves around the scene.

Instant snapshots give you text files containing statistics from up to the last couple thousand frames if you desire. Screenshots of the video window and application are saved to disk. Temperature data of the frame can be saved for analysis by another program.

Record radiometric thermal video live and import and compare trials using ImageJ automatically. Create AVI movie clips, 3D graphs, and more.

The Signals & Trends aspect to NEXUS lets you build recorded data your way. Custom text spreadsheet files containing only what you need are assembled autonomously. Thermal video can be recorded only when your conditions are met. Parade multiple targets in front of the camera and NEXUS can record exactly once per target. NEXUS can record when or while a target is anomolous.

Multiple instances of NEXUS can run simultaneously on one PC, monitoring and logging data from multiple cameras each in its own way. Since the AXT100 thermal imaging camera is a network camera, you can use NEXUS from anywhere in your lab, plant, or the world, for that matter.

That seemingly simple three dimensional cube of temperature data- X, Y, and time- has the answers you need hidden inside it. NEXUS gives you all the tools you need to bring those answers to light and present those answers as simply as possible.
