ADVANTECH ADAM MODULES
Link Directly to Your Devices

AXT series fixed-mount cameras equipped with APM technology can use these Ethernet-based I/O modules to communicate directly with circuit-based devices. Thermal alarms and closed-loop control outputs can wire directly into PLCs, controllers, or other circuitry. Buying an ADAM device will maximize your APM-equipped camera's connectivity options.

Input/Output

The AXT110 provides flexible video output. Both composite video and S-video ports are available, and can be configured for NTSC or PAL formats. 16-bit raw digital data is available through the Ethernet port.

Power-Over-Ethernet makes DC power through the 12-24V jack optional. A 1/8th inch TTL/CMOS trigger input provides an option to externally synchronize frame rate.

Automated Thermal Imaging with Remote Access for less than $6000 US!

The new AXT110 Thermal Line Camera is best outfitted for industrial automation and inspection. Its powerful image processing, rugged packaging, and flexible rigging options make this camera ideal for a host of applications.

Processing Performance

The processing capabilities of the AXT110 are made possible through the Blackfin® DSP, built by Analog Devices. The 32x1 focal plane array delivers temperatures to the Blackfin for processing.

Advanced signal processing allows for features such as linear or logarithmic scaling, false color, even the FTP protocol. Total digital control is accomplished through the 10/100 Ethernet port, affecting color palettes, atmospheric correction, scaling, sampling rate, and more.

Featured Industry Solutions

AXT110: INDUSTRY SOLUTIONS
Automotive (Upholstery)
The Problem: Untreated upholstery for vehicle seats are deployed via large nine foot wide rolls. The product must be heated evenly before it can be treated. Uneven heating can result in scrap product.
V iew Solution...

Blow Molding
The Problem: Plastic bottle preforms are heated and inserted into a blow molding mechanism that uses air pressure to fit the preform to a specific mold. Uneven heating of the preforms can result in weak spots throughout the final bottle.
